I only us 4K 25P recording for long distance shots without too much motion. This allows me to crop later on during editing achieving around 1600mm equivalent without loosing FHD resolution. I render in XAVC S which provides much better quality than XAVC. Recording for both formats at 100 megabit sec to minimise artefacts.a 4K 50P camera would be ideal.
