Love this interview, she's very well-spoken and is the best to represent her country. I'm so proud that she's Hmong and representing the Hmong women. Very well done and can't wait to see you next year in the state.
i noticed something, richard is speaking great in hmong, i lost my hmong since back when we first came to america in late 1979, but Richard still has that fluid hmong and the payeng xa even though she still use hmong daily, but not as fluid, like choppy like me.
She is a very smart girl

I don't think she did that far as she is saying.Because we know that Laos is very poor country .We know before we can do anything must end up with money. Without money you and I can't anythings She has no money Lao Government is very sticky a bout money. Can,'t do anything
There is potential that she can do what she said... As now, there are many Hmong started their own school in Laos with financial helps from Hmong-American. As long as you do not do anything that is against the Lao government, you should be ok.
"She has no money?" Do you have such evident to support your claim because you sound so self-assured that she has no money. I don't know her and her financial situation but I would not come out and claim "she has no money".

She’s a Lao contestant for miss universe and she’s not yet miss universe of Lao.
She wins the title of MISS UNIVERSE LAOS...
I'm not sure where you got your information from. She is and has been crowned the Miss Universe Laos. Because she won the crown as Miss Universe of Laos, she is qualified and will be one of the contestants for The Miss Universe, which will be in the United States in 2023.
