I think it’d be real cool if when the visual effects happen it makes all npcs a flat colour texture or something, so you can’t tell the difference between enemies/civs/cops etc, just add a bit more to the “cyberpsychosis“ side of it.

There’s another version of Cyberpyschosis you can reach, you have to level your Cyberware past 500 at least I believe and then go test it all out on Max-Tac for as long as you can. Eventually your character will become uncontrollable to an extent
@@codesavei9613 your screen glitches out, similar to when the relic acts up, except it’s white lines that quickly flash across your screen and your character is so buffed, your movement speed is so fast that it’s hard to keep your character controlled and tactical if that makes sense

Bro I love this ability. I usually trigger the cyberpsycho state with most of my heat shots and weak points. And when it triggers if It triggers at all. Then chrome and chunks of the chooms start flying. It's so fun
As much as people want more to the cyberpsychosis system it doesn't make any sense when it's been confirmed why V can not go cyberpsycho. So, it is not even from a technical stand point but from a story standpoint. You can't go psycho if you already have a psycho in your head.

It’s explained by one of the rippers I think I can’t remember what one I saw a vid on it but says like the more chrome you have the quicker you die because of relic remember his brain is dying so the more pressure the worse it gets I guess too much and he becomes a vegetable
kinda hate that they made cyberpsychosis a *buff* though. i feel like you should've been able to go past your cyberware capacity, but if you do, then certain things get harder for you. maybe if you go high enough, you start getting nerfs that go away for a bit whenever you kill someone, but they get worse over time? like, eventually, your health starts very slowly draining until you kill someone or maybe instead V could start to randomly attack people on their own for periods of time, like an NPC affected by the cyberpsychosis hack. i mean, that should totally be possible, right? and it could really get the player into trouble
I think it’d be cool to have you hallucinate enemies that aren’t really there that won’t stop attacking until you kill them or run away, in which they would actually be revealed as civilians, or hallucinations where everyone starts turning into the same Npc everywhere you look for a few seconds. None of these types of debuffs take control away from the player either which is the reason cdpr doesn’t wanna add real cyberpsychosis

It's a perk. It shouldn't come with downsides. Maybe they should have made it possible to surpass your limit by default, and get debuffs if so, but there are canonical reasons V can't be affected by cyberpsychosis
I just don’t like how low the new cyberware capacity is without technical ability. It basically makes any play through necessary to level up technical ability since it’s so low. Other than that though I really like the new system along with every other new skill tree.
I would have just settled with hallucinations, stuff like occassionally after using some cyberware ability you have a psychological break and friendly npcs "attack" you but in reality they aren't. Maybe you see some werid shit and have an imaginary boss fight with a monster. I don't think getting a buffed up rage state on rare occasions is really fitting, you already get a boost in the amount of cyberware you can use, the downside should have been something other than a tiny health debuff

@@thereseemstobeenanerror1219 okay so imagine, all the npcs look like Johnny silverhand for a brief moment or they just all stop and stare at you or a enemy that isn't there charges at you so when you react it might get police attention The buff is you get more cybernetics, the debuff is sometimes on rare occasion when you use a quick hack, mantis arms. Etc. It triggers and you go nuts for a few minutes or so like maybe 30 seconds but that timer can be extended by continously use of those abilities I'm shit at explaining things but yeah kinda like in the batman games but less subtle
I mean wtf of course it is „capping“ at -25% if the max you can do is 50 and the factor is 0,5. That‘s not „capping“, that’s just the whole skill. 50 is the cap, the cap to overdue your Cyberware limit. -25% is just the result.

If you don’t take any iconic cyberwear you will never need all your capacity for a build(only build necessary one’s filling all slots is different)
