As far as VTubers who genuinely, honest-to-God, might be actual cartoon characters IRL, I put Pikamee at #2 behind Filian. She's just so enjoyable as that quirky friend you love to laugh with (and occasionally at.) You capture her brilliantly.
Vshoujo Henya is a new vtuber you should give her a try. She isn't pikemee but Pikamee wouldn't want to be sad, she would want you to be happy and free to express it.
