10” Riser, Bushing, & Handlebar Swap On A 2016 Harley Davidson Road King Without Extending Wires

What’s up everybody. In today’s video I will be
Showing you how I change the stock handlebar set up on my 2016 Harley Davidson Road King to a set of 10” Risers and Drag bar without needing to extended any wires or cables. Also, before I put on the new handlebars I will also show you the importance of changing your handlebar bushings to polyurethane bushings for added support when you are going with a taller handlebar setup. I am trying this setup out as I usually am an Ape Hanger kinda guy. But, I wanted to try something different this time. However, if I find this setup is not for me, I’ll probably switch over to Ape Hangers.

I did the same thing on my RKS, but went with 8 inch risers. Huge improvement! Great video, wish I had this when I did mine, it would have saved a lot of time.

What did you do with the ground wire what was connected to the stock risers. Do you connected somewhere else or did you just left it alone?

Bolted it down to the triple tree where the other wire was already attached.
