Omg love seen someone else from Clovis on RUclips lol Didn't think much of it until I seen the sticker 559yotas figured just different Clovis somewhere
So I’m in same boat as twin stick shifter cut out, I measured and cut back hole with transmission out and then install and hole wider then boot ring. So now I’m going to take a pice of sheet metal and fasten down to tunnel then mount boot to that. That way can unbolt all and have hole big enough to remove twin sticks
Good idea! I had thought about doing that too but for now I'm using the smaller hole that I cut. If it proves to be a pain, I'll use your idea. Thanks for watching!
The transmission output seal? It's a Marlin Crawler "Heavy Duty Transmission Output Seal" MCSE-511EC. Make sure you get the right one for your transmission. 22RE (non turbo) has a 21 spline output.
I have a 86 4runner that I just did a sas on and was going to purchase a trail gear creeperbox, do you know if I should order 21 to 21 spline or 21 tiv23 spline?
It depends. Since you have a 22r or 22re...if you’re buying the complete dual case set up, it should be 21 spline to your transmission, and the transfer case to the crawl box should be 23. That is the strongest setup. 21 to 23 spline means the front reduction housing will have a 21 to 23 spline coupler and the transfer case will have a 23 spline input gear into the reduction unit.
@@RM_Garage I do live in the Fresno area if I ever needed a little insight on this in person would you b down to meet up sometime so I can make sure I get everything right on this ?
Do you mean when I pressed the bearing on? You wouldn't have to do any of that normally. My cases were setup for a Tacoma so I had to swap input gears and I decided to replace the bearing. Had to press it on.

Hi im from trinidad where can i get the complete rebuild kit with all the bearings, seals and gaskits
Fancy jack setup for installing the dual cases! I rested in on my chest and wrestled it into place by myself 😂
Haha. Yeah, I was considering it but a bit worried I'd drop it on my face.

do you have a part number for the seal you replaced? thanks for posting this vid, super helpful

@@RM_Garage awesome thanks dude much appreciated
I’ll buy that 23 spline input off you!
great work! I'm doing an 86 extended cab. Same setup as yours. I put duals in and need to get my drivelines done. Where did you have yours done?
I just had it done at a local shop. I told them how long they needed to be, what kind of abuse they needed to withstand, and they did the rest.
Just wondering when you'll be taking the SS off-road?

I have a dual transfer case video on my channel that might explain this better.

I've watched the beginning of the video a couple times now so I think I have it thanks man 😁
what is the difference between the v6 TG crossmember and the 4cly crossmember?
They have different mounting holes
How much for that cross-member if you are willing to ship it? I have a 3.4 swap and about to go dual.
I already sold it for $240.
What size bilstein you running in the front and back and with how much lift? Nice truck
12" bilsteins and 4" leafs. Thanks
Is that one piece driveshaft oem, my 85 has a two piece drive shaft, I would like to upgrade to a one piece, what drive shaft is that?
It’s OEM. Came stock on my xtra cab
Did they change something that I'm unaware of cuz nothing was press fit in my cases and they weren't worn

@@RM_Garage yes. The Tacoma case might be the difference
Nice lift kit,did You have to relocate the rear leaf mounts or it's a direct fit?
It had to be relocated back 2” for the rear mounts, and 6” forward or so on the front mount.
Did you sell the crossmember
I did. Sorry!
Trying to figure out how to regear my speedometer out put gear in the transfercase
I didn’t have to regear my speedometer output gear
