Jake Wilson sings the track "Home" from his new album "All's Well" commemorating the centenary of the deaths of Captain Scott and his polar party in Antarctica in 1912. This song is dedicated to Edgar Evans who was the first to die. Despite falling ill he insisted on pulling the sledge to his dying day.
This live performance took place at the Scott Polar Research Institute in Cambridge, England.
