John MacArthur leans toward Calvinism and he doesn’t believe that already happened. He preaches out of the Bible the rapture plus future wrath , Ezekiel, Daniel, and Isaiah,etc. maybe is isn’t a full Calvinist. I do not believe Calvinism or Arminianism determines salvation. I agree with everything else you said though.

I disagree with the rapture. It's what I was taught my whole life. Once I started to study it for myself I realized the Bible doesn't teach it. One day when I was struggling with what I learned through the scriptures because it seemed like I was the only one that understood it this way(it wasn't the case but at the time it seemed to be the case), I calculated the number of the beast. That gave me assurance, what I was understanding, was correct.

The abomination that made Jerusalem desolate wasn't a big sacrifice. Jerusalem was already desolate after Antiochus sold the High Priest position accepting bribes and murdering the legitimate High Priest. That's what was an abomination being an Hellenistic illegitimate high priest. Jews stopped attending the required feast days.
What Mat. 24:15 will be zealot Jews attempting an animal sacrifice on the Temple Mt. after JESUS said it is finished. Ezra 3 the Jews sacrificed with the Temple still in ruin, so Mat. 24:15 could be tomorrow. Dan. 9:27 tells us what the abominations were being 40 years of crimson thread unacceptable sacrifices.

The time of the gentiles are over. Jerusalem was trampled on by the gentiles until 1948 when the Jews were brought back from all corners of the world. That has all happened.
