The "messa di voce inversa" he does at the end is absolutely jaw dropping. NOBODY could sing this rep like he could. I have become completely transfixed hy his singing; I just can't get enough of it.
Certainly a voice that once heard is ever again recognizable....As one who has been near fixated on the tenor voice for 40 years, I would not jump to say this is the most pleasant timbre, but certainly it is has a facility that many others do not...and over an incredible range. Rockwell Blake must be consider unique.....I can't even think of how anyone attempting to copy him would begin to do so. His is once and for all time and bravo to him.
