Have been practicing 2 meals per day since 2 years. My stomach issues are reduced 95%(2 endoscopy, no finding from modern doctors. For my stomach issue white rice is the reason, so have normally won't in the evening or take it less), able to maintain my weight, my laziness has reduced. Now my wife and mother also practicing the same meal plan and they are also happy. For working people more beneficial as we have to cook food only twice. This I adopted after watching Sadguru video. Initially felt difficult but it worked. Hope this helps you too.

Sir these days everywhere programs on reversal of diabetes are being advertised aggressively. Is it possible. Or how a diabetic can lead a good normal life without medication. Can u please update regarding the pros and cons of the above mentioned.
Diabetic can be reversed with healthy lifestyle, exercise and mindful eating, consult nutritionist for better suggestion, my daughter had prediabetic, it got reversed by walking, eating ragi roti, less carbohydrates, consult good Nutritionist, which l did and benefitted. 😊

I was also getting. I stopped drinking coffee or tea in empty stomach and also reduced the times I drank tea or coffee or any milk products. This has greatly reduced gas problem in me. And also eat food at same time everyday. You can try.
