I am just getting around to binging these vintage videos now I have some free time, and I have to say I am really enjoying them. It really reminds me of the items I grew up with during the Harry Potter craze. I'm 28 now and just getting into collecting, and I do regret not keeping the things I used to have as a child but I do not regret how much I had with them all! PS. That chalice is beyond incredible.
Very pretty chalice, You can see just how much that Chalice means to you. Just the way you were looking at it and talking about it, your admiration was beautiful to see . Those items are so special and you definitely deserve them ❤️I have never seen them until now . Big hugs Victoria 🧸
Be sure to replace the mositure packet often. Collect them as you buy things and get things in the mail and rotate fresh ones in. They do get full of moisture and get ineffective over time. Loving this series. Can't wait to see what you do next.

What’s interesting is that the small figurines of Harry and Ron look just like the vintage WB store maquettes. All of the small details, down to the cobblestones they are standing on are the same. The Potter Collector just posted a video about his collection of the maquettes and I watched your video right after which is how I noticed. Just thought that was cool!
Another thing you can do with it to clean is get deep dish or pot line it with aluminium foil shiny side up sprinkle salt and bicarbonate of soda in the dish/pot then add boiling hot water then submerge your items even plated stuff for 2 mins or 3 make sure every area gets a coating and then wipe dry and polish and there go xxx mums lovely
I have this wand! I got it for a SONG! it was in a lot that I bid on & the pics were TERRIBLE and I could only see a smidge of it. But because I watch all of your videos, I knew what it was. It made my whole year. It's the snags like this that keeps me collecting. I LOVE it
I couldn’t find the chalice on eBay but I will keep looking, but I did get the Ron and Harry figures and spoon I am keeping my eye on the adult cutlery set
A fantastic video as always Victoria. I actually bought 4 of the pewter figures last week from eBay and I love them! I managed to get Harry, Ron, Hermione and Norbert. I hadn’t realised that thee was Hagrid and Fluffy too, so I’ll have to look out for them. I also have the spoon, but not in the original box. I bought it a few years ago when I was just starting to build my collection. I would love the chalice, it is absolutely beautiful. It’s only over the last several months that I have really started collecting pre movie items. Enesco produced some amazing items and I am slowly building my collection of those. Do you have any of their items? I love the magic trinket boxes and storyteller figures.

Oh, I LOVED seeing the Arthur Price pewter items finally being discussed! You can tell you are a true HP collector because you know so much of the history of the items and have such a passion and appreciation for them. As you are trying to keep a tally, you can count me as one of the owners of the original promo wood wand with the original box. I got mine many years ago, fortunately. I also have the Arthur Price tableware and the amazing chalice and the small pewter figures that came in blue boxes in the shape of books. BTW, there are two Arthur Price pewter Hagrids: one that came in the book boxes like the other figures, which is bigger, almost round in shape and he is holding Norbert the dragon coming out of his egg, and another much rarer Hagrid which is a bit larger and standing strait up and not holding anything. I have him also, but I don’t have a box for him so I don’t know how he was originally packaged. Anyway, thanks a million for these vintage discussions….I’m always learning something new about these great HP items!

Hello my lovely I managed to win the bid on eBay for the hogwarts chalice for £160 for 2 of them the, one of them is tarnished but I will carefully clean it the other is broken the stem from the base but I see if I can repair it somehow must be a way with solder wire but I will look or I go somewhere professionally ❤
