Initially at the ending, I hated the blind girl because of her ungratefulness towards the man who had done so much for her and even gave her his eyes so that she might see again. But later on, I realized that it is in fact myself I'm hating. Jesus Christ gave, not just an eye, but HIS LIFE, for me so that I might live eternally. His life was cut short in order that my life shall endure forever. He went through hell in order that I might go to heaven. Yet, lot of times I'm just so ungrateful to Him in the fact that I go into deliberate sins. I let my desire override my conviction. I only pray that the God of Mercy will have mercy on me and cleanse me. Lest the sacrifice of Christ for my sake becomes a waste, I've determined to never ever again fall into sin until I give my last breath. Please put me in your prayers

This movie is really special. It can be viewed from different perspectives and angles. It can be enjoyed from (1) a lost soul's entertainment perspective, (2)it can be viewed from a average christianity viewpoint, and(3) it can also be viewed from a deep spirited perspective. I am centring my comment on the deep spirited perspective. Mr Tobi's character did not only display a born again christian who follows his sheperd Jesus Christ, but demonstrated the character of Jesus Christ aswell. Twice he obeyed God in terms of the God ordained wife, both times the women let him down. The last one, he even gave his eyes so that she can see, but she however will not live with a blind man herself, but in terms of having this man's eyes no problem at all.. This is exactly the character of Jesus Christ. How many people comes to Jesus for healing, deliverance, blessings etc. But once Jesus decides to use them for the expansion of his kingdom, these ungrateful said christians are no longer in love with Jesus. How many christians who were saved from something by Jesus but will judge another person in that problem or situation?. Many people receive healing, miracles etc, but would never suffer persecution for Jesus. They simply will not marry and live with the blind man who gave them his sight all in the name of love. And also the subject of a God ordained spouse, the movie went deep. Like Tobi said: If the WILL of God( ordained spouse) will not turn and run with the WHEEL (plan, calling and destiny) of God, God never remains stranded. Because God is God, and his chariot of life and destiny over his child keeps running under his control so long as the child him/herself is on board of that heavenly chariot. Just because someone is the original or even second and third plan for your life as a spouse, it does not mean that you or God are stuck with them. If they will not move and run along with the WHEEL of God's chariot which carries your life in Christ Jesus, God will always find another replacement able to run and move along with the heavenly chariot! A beautiful movie by Evom as always. By the way, Shola has such a beautiful family. The soundtrack by his sons is really beautiful and breathtaking, explains the theme of the movie perfectly. Honestly, I cannot wait to see what amazingly beautiful and powerful ministers of God these children will grow into. In all, thanks and love to Shola and his family:-)

Last year, when my sister told us about this movie which was new then, we decided to watch it. Everyone of us was sober after watching it. I couldn't just imagine how a well-to-do man with perfect eyes will love a blind girl talk less of donating his two eyes for her to see, and then the girl paid him by rejecting his love and interest to marry her. Oh my God! I know that if I were Bro Toba, that thought won't even cross my mind. My sister even said that if it were her, no matter how much she loves a blind person like that, she will never donate her 2 eyes, and the most she would do is to donate one.
This story is used to relate Jesus love towards us. He left all that glory up above, took the flesh, suffered hunger, thirst, persecution, was faced with temptation, went through harsh weather conditions and above all, went to the cross, all that just for us. Really, it's just unfathomable! Lord Jesus, thank you for all you have done for us. I will not be foolish to reject this love like the blind girl in the movie, instead I will embrace it.

Powerful movie...for sure the sacrifice should not be a waste...this young man has read this book for once and now he is going back home with a testimony..never force your children to love God..just raise them in a godly way and let the God you serve touch their lives!!
After watching this poignant movie, all I can say Is, Wow!
God's love is unfathomable.
But in reality, would it not be considered foolishness for one to display such love? He should at least have left one cornea for himself and given the other to the girl. As it were she turned out to be an aggravating ingrate.
This is an interesting movie but human being will always be human being and I know God will manifest himself in the life of uncle Toba because of the love she have for Bitan

The first evom movie I watched was Emi fun Emi that made me cry and lead me into pray, Blind but love is so emotional, I can fell the emotional impart of what Jesus Christ did for me. Hmm....i know many people will criticize and condemn the blind gal and call her names but the the truth is that this movie reflects many "believers" today. They want the love Christ offers and the blessings tied to being a believer but they don't want to return his love. They are not ready to love Christ back, they want all Christ offers for free. They only profess their love for God with mouth but their heart is far from him and it shows in their lifestyle. That is human nature but it cannot work with God. We need to love God with the whole of our heart, body and soul. Anything short of that we are just deceiving ourselves.
For those that have left their first love you need to return to your first love, if you left him May God have mercy on us In Jesus Name. Thank You Evom channel. More Grace.

What a great movie, it just got me thinking 🤔 often times we expect the happy Cinderella kinda fairy tale end but life is not always like that, but what is most important no matter the sacrifice it's of utmost importance to stay true to God, and follow his will
God's love for His children is so great, He sent His only begotten son and came and died for us, He took our shame upon Himself and replace His glory upon us but still we turned our back on Him, we need God's mercy.

Great Ministration, but I think The sacrifice was not a waste. He gave his sight for Binta to see, and she accepted the offer and saw. Purpose accomplished.
It would be a waste only if he did that just to marry her, not just for her to see.
However, bringing it to salvation in christ, Jesus gave his life to save we dead sinners From sin and Eternal death, so we could have his eternal life and righousness.
To the one who reject the life, the sacrifice is a waste. To the one who accepts the life of God in Christ, the sacrifice was worth it.

I personally think the sacrifice was a waste because he sacrificed his sight for the one he loved but the loved one did not reciprocate his love and he also wanted the loved one to be with him but after sacrificing himself the loved one abandon him surely for another. In spiritual realm Christ showed us His love so that we can reciprocate the love to him and He made the sacrifice to have us with Him. But If we abandon Him and left for the devil, the sacrifice will be a waste indeed.

Powerful Revelation of the Love and Sacrifice of Jesus Christ unto Mankind.
Lord I pray, that your Sacrifice of Love for me will not be a waste..
1:04:22 - 1:04:32 "The one who is really blind is that person who has eyes to see the beauty of creation but has not seen the Light of the Creator" That was my favourite part in the movie. That statement really touched my soul and helped me re-dedicate my life to Jesus Christ, and increase my determination to help the lost see the Light of the Gospel. This was an excellent movie directly from the throne of Grace. God bless you all.

Oh my God, this is too much !! Christ's substitutionary sacrifice for us the helpless was clearly captured and elaborated. I nearly broke in tears reckoning the sufferings that the Lord persevered just for me to redeemed and justified.

This movie was such a blessing. A powerful ministration. I couldn’t help but weep because daily, Jesus has been proposing to His beloved children and so many are rejecting His love for them. Jesus paid it all for us and still yet many have gone astray and are struggling between love and war. As I watched, I was reminded of Matthew 25:42-46.
