The girl on the bike was in the wrong. It's quite obvious that she saw the other woman and she decided to barrel straight ahead anyway, she could have moved over behind the man following his lead, but she charged straight ahead anyway. She was moving at a fast pace on that bike.

These stories written by people from a very different culture are terrible. These stories have awful dialogs and really unrealistic plots. No one is as rude or as stupid as this author portrays.
