It wasn't however, meant to be used as a primary weapon you run around with but because of how great movement is in Deadlocked. It just decimates everything, including Exterminators. I do love the Fusion Rifle but it is way too powerful.

They're fun to fight (for me at least), there's a bunch of them and the music that plays when fighting them is awesome, plus you get achievements for defeating some of them without taking any damage on Hard difficulty or higher so even though you don't have to do that, there'll be something to aim for if you do.

I wish they remade this game. They might now when they did it with R&C 1 for PS4. I still don't understand why they didn't make the difficulty levels harder. In CO-OP mode this game is quite easy even on the hardest mode.

Single player is definitely difficult on Exterminator mode, but it's mainly because you die in just 2 or 3 hits (one shot in some cases at the second half of challenge mode). Attacks aren't hard to dodge as they are predictable and you never need to do anything fancy to avoid them. You still have to be alert even when you know how to kill the enemies without taking any hits as just a couple mistakes (sometimes just one) will put you back at the checkpoint.
I love how nonchalant Lance is in that situation. I like to think that Janice's explanation afterwards was simple and effective, and both of them went straight back to gratuitous smooching

Honestly, wasn't much of a fan of traditional Ratchet games, but boy was I hooked to Deadlocked. And now revisiting this, and that end match music? Gives off Megaman X vibes!
I can't tell who I love better just because of their intros and voices: Shellshock or Reactor. Shellshock sounds like The Terminator and is a pervert (if you remember the cutscene where he was introduced for the first time) while Reactor..... just has a funny intro cutscene and has dating problems.
I became so good at this game as a kid I was probably able to do the same lol. I mean running through the level or the boss fights without taking any damage. And I still had fun in this game lol
I was always able to handle all bosses fine with no damage except for eviscerator. I'm able to run away from his blades but his fucking missiles always keep getting me because when there's one in front of me, I keep on accidently shooting it and I get hit. oh well.
It's funny all the extermimators are so huge and powerful and could probably solo an army, but after playing the first 3 games you know they never stood a God damn chance against ratchet.
Man, Ace Hardlight was such a pushover compared to the others, it's only hard to fight him if you're trying to get the no damage skill point, because of that thing he does where he multiplies. Also, this game's got a very similar premise to Manhunt
When the game first came out I didn't really appreciate it, found the announcers really annoying (outside of the cutscenes at least, mainly Dallas), found having the map broken up into challenges jarring, found it annoying how limited Ratchet's ability to jump was when he didn't have Clank strapped onto his back. Some of those aspects of the game still annoy me but it's definitely got a good story, great characters, good humor, good music, awesome weapons and some of the best boss fights in the series since Ratchet & Clank 2.
Has anyone noticed ratchet's shadow was spazzing out i don't think his shadow cannot do that he must have gotten a stand before alessi and his shadow stand was created
