and i cant dowgread my ps3 from 4.91 to 4.90 to install the CFW
because there is no pficial CFW for 4.91 update

i just intstalled a hfw 4.91 and i installed the hen on my ps3 slim
but the pkg manager file missing
i have tried all the methods on the youtube but nothing worked
pleas help me to solve it

even after i enabling the hen the pkg manager not show up
what kind of hen your are using like official or unofficial hen?
