I saw him in person one day when I was walking in Manhattan. He's very short. If he's 5'0" tall that's too big, probably shorter and he was on a scooter. I think that he has some sort of difficulty walking [he's very overweight] and his limbs are short. He looked sort of dwarfish. It appeared to me that he was using the scooter as a walking aid of sorts.
