Yes I did know that Si Fueras Mia is the Spanish version of Its Love. The composer of the original Spanish song sold it to SM 10 years before Kyungsoo stumbled upon it in the archives. He loved the original so much that he included the original Spanish version and did a Korean version for the Empathy album.
