This game looks super fun. The amount of people criticizing in the comments is ridiculous. How many times have we all tweaked a game/activity to meet our needs. I plan to add in some type of exercise when the student loses (jumping jacks, pushups, sit ups, etc.). Don't be an asshat.
This is a great game. My students love it! To maximize physical activity, instead of one long snake of hula hoops I make three. I start the hoops on the volleyball sideline and end at the opposite volleyball sideline. I have 6 cones. One cone at the end of each snake. I divide students into 6 teams and play for a couple of songs. Grab popsicle sticks or just keep track of points for the winning players that can get to the opposing end. I rotate so each team can play each other.
it's a really nice and funny game but I am thinking of other kids who are waiting a long time for their turn to start jumping! I think it should be done and played in more than 2 teams! Otherwise I was thinking of having some push-ups, sit -ups, adding strength training also for the upper body, for the last kids waiting in the queue. What is your opinion? Thanks guys, really liked this game !
How is it possible that teachers don't understand that keeping the kids engaged is vital to success and development? Almost every one of these 20 something kids got to move only once in 4 minutes! That's ridiculous. It's a great game, but not in this format.
@@TheForgeFunctionalFitness Totally agree but i also think cheering a team on is important and learning to not be bored when you are not involved is a skill kids need to learn. Supporting a team and your teammates by words of encouragement is important. However, yes smaller teams and maybe something else to make sure those aren't waiting for too long would be beneficial for a fitness activity.
@@henrysayers7353 Of course cheering a team on is important, but that wasn't the point of the exercise. Coping with boredom is definitely a skill to learn, but no kid should have to "learn not to be bored" during an activity that has supposedly been planned to achieve the exact opposite.
Looks great! Need to make more lines to maximize participation.
ended up in the final two on this once because I took myself for a walk 🫥

I play this game but whit music is much funner
Steven Ramirez yeah! I was even thinking even with trivia questions instead of the Rock Paper Scissors would be fun too!
How? What do you do with music that makes it more fun?
Looks like they are crossing the hula hoops.
They are crossing and meets each other at the middle.
They also play rock paper scissors.
Very good my brother, I'm working on his activity in Brazil, my students think it's really cool!
Hugs from Brazil
Great game, thanks!
Love this game!😊😊
Why are there ZERO black kids?
It looks like fun!
Can you share rules of this game
What size are the hoops?
