I live watching all your videos……
But your meal plans are so inspirational!! I try to meal plan one or 2 days out …. But this season in life it doesn’t always work out…… but I do try to write some meals down for the month/ week …. But my kids have restrictions or one is picky so I need up making 2 meals some days …….
But I have started making a bit more than needed and than freezing it in containers for a single serving!! So helpful! But now I have to clean out the freezer because our cow comes the end of October/ beginning of November!
I do like ur idea of Salisbury steak ….. that would work of every one but one person… so chicken for the other one …..
