Alec, I think creating the best looking software, with the easiest deposit options across the world-is what gets players to play online. Everything else beyond that, ie incentive alignment, rake structure….is for the regs. But regs need recreationals to make the site attractive.
Look at why GG and Full Tilt did so well. They had the most attractive software and it was very easy to deposit and play immediately. Because of this, the player pool grew quickly, which in turn draws more players. I would pay the extra dev cost to add graphics and make the tables have that 3d look. When the appearance is plain and flat, humans don’t get as excited to log on. Like using iOS vs Windows. I would focus on this and have all of the other changes be the cherry on top.

I'm in my late forties and as long as I can remember shopping trolleys (Carts) in Both Ireland and the UK have a mechanism on every one of them that attaches each one in a big long line and to free one for use you must put a one or two Euro coin into the slot, however the important thing is to get your money back you must bring it back to the long line of trolleys, push it into the other one and get your money back. Simples!

Snake oil? 😅 14:41 Player funds are 100% relied on Phenom to convert their PHNM tokens to something meaningful in the real world. And like the Full Tilt example given, yes that could happen with Phenom.
The conversion happens in a few clicks within your account. You can redeem 24/7. Many have already. The treasury buys back your PHNM instantly and gives you USDT.
The FTP can't happen. Phenom doesn't custody funds. They're in your private wallet at all times. You control the funds, seed, wallet, etc.

You can't invest in it. There's only 2 ways to accrue the token: play on phenom, or refer players.
Is there a fixed number of phenom supply or is it inflationary?
50M fixed supply. The treasury controls the majority of the tokens and distributes them to players as the play on the site.

You have to generate $100 in rake to qualify. This ensures we're rewarding the community who plays on the site. Tokens deposited every Monday!

Fixed supply of 50M. Whole community would have to vote to dilute for example if we needed to raise capital, however the goal is to use the treasury to fund operations, so it's very unlikely to change supply.
How do you stop AI RTA?
Covered in the middle of the talk on the "Improved Security" tab. Have a strong KYC process to prevent bot accounts for example. Can see my interview with Matt Valeo on this channel for his thoughts as well on that.
