However Uttrakhand and Gujarat are on talk to implement it.
uttrakhand has also done it now!
DPSP: Instrument of instructions for a welfare state
The state should make a policy with regard to these guidelines
It is a moral obligation
It is not justicable and it depends upon state's economical condition to follow these.
The Irish constitution took this concept from the Spanish constitution
