It'll become a nice carpet once it fills everything in,plus the shrimp will love it.

I love how low this plant stays to the soil. Can’t wait till it’s a flat green carpet. Thanks for watching and your support.🤘

Thank you. These shrimp also seem to breed the best of all my colors.

Great tank,I can't wait to see how it progresses though given the plant selection I would imagine I have quite a while until the next update. Rotala Bonsai might be an excellent slow growing background plant for this aquascape, I could easily imagine it trimmed to slope the triangle composition from right to left.

Good on you for picking up the triangle composition! Sadly, I agree it will be quite a while for the next update given the slow growing nature of this aquarium. But remember…distance makes the heart grow fonder! 🤘

What is the temperature in this tank? Heard that lower temperature is the key for some carpeting plants. Also hidropiper is one of the most difficult species so big congrats! Don't tell me is a non co2 tank as well cuz i will be very jealous!

Co2 is injected on this tank. So no worries there. All my tanks are kept at room temp with no heaters. In Florida we keep our house temp around 72. With surface evaporative cooling, the aquariums are always 68-72 F.
Thanks for the comment and support! 🤘

@@ssaquascapes Hmm temp is indeed muck lower then mine. at least 4-5 degree. It's strange why I have such worm water in my tanks, the weather here is somehow compared to Chicago weather but even in winter I cant get it lower then 77F in my tanks. Maybe I will try again one day, to grow it, but, with a cooler. By the way I also have a fascination about keeping tons of shrimps in a single tank. Had over 1000 in a 25 gallons one but after they settle in the looks like almost vanish. 😄
