i can say from this cups they are awesome i bought one the 9 oz from walmart at $9.81 and all i can say they DO NOT LEAK AT ALL EVEN IF THEY SHAKEN OR DROPPED, BUY IT YOU WILL BE AMAZE! my kid love it and his only 13 1/2 months old i wish i would have bought it before or knew they were so wonderful and leak free
Ok so yes i have read these 360 cups do leak some when shaken or dropped, but really these are intended for older kids that are transitioning to a regular cup and for car rides.
I tried the cup with my 16 month old. He wasn't able to get the water out but I was able to when I tried. It is very easy to drink from if your baby don't already know how to use a regular cup. my son does and he lifted the cup up bottoms up like you would drink from a regular cup instead of sucking. I am going to keep it for my baby girl.
I'd like to point out you didn't drop it, you shook it VERY gently. All these actions are actions that wouldn't happen in a real scenario. Real scenario would involve a child throwing or dropping the cup; vigorously shaking it and as other reviews here on youtube have pointed out. No, it does not work.
Not all does. I woke at a boot camp with my big sister and we watch the kids while the moms works out and a little girl who just turned two has one. It's pretty cool, she will throw it on the cup on the floor and the top doesn't come off.

I bought 6 thinking they would be amazing. all six leak. my 1 year old dropped from high chair. when I pick it up there's a puddle on the floor.
I just bought 2 of these for my son and he loves it (17 months old) hasn't leaked at all!
