I remember taking my Jack Russell called Lola for the longest walk she'd ever had on the night before we had to re- home her, she tried to attack our granddaughter and we couldn't put up with that. Vanilla Sky angered me and I hated it for a really long time. This song always stuck in my head though. I was taking an elective in college that was very similar to what would be considered mindfulness today. I really did learn how to meditate in the present moment. I'm definitely using this for Vinyasa yoga.

Vanilla Sky angered me and I hated it for a really long time. This song always stuck in my head though. I was taking an elective in college that was very similar to what would be considered mindfulness today. I really did learn how to meditate in the present moment. I'm definitely using this for Vinyasa yoga.

"i got sick of hitting replay" i have exactly the same thing with Sigur Ross' Festival. Or there is a video called "18 rules of living by the Dalai Lama" something like that. That is how i discoverd the music of Sigur Ros. Very few songs speak directly to my soul but Festival does
