The original song's name "all stars" references super mario all stars, a collection of mario games like smb1, 2 (usa and jp), 3 and world, so therefore, the pokemon version of this song would have to be named after a collection of pokemon games.

I want to say this is Juno Song’s depiction of Gold in a way that in Act 3, Gold is singing to GF that no matter what she does, both her and BF will meet their inevitable demise and will become nothing but forgotten history. It fits the mood of Act 3 in my humble opinion.

i think that in a scenario where GF is in an All-Stars scenario, Hypno probably used Hypnosis on Missingno and all the rest of them, forcing them all to submit to him

HE is now the gamemaster, hypno has absorbed everyone in the game, even going as far to imitate his friends, hypno wont let them go without a fight. As the song comes to the end, in a fit of desperation he uses the voice of his trainer, the one who started it all...but even that couldn't stop the two, they getaway from the grasp of hypno, leaving him with no one but the many minds inside of him now.

If Lullaby made it to v3, Unownking would be the most fitting in place of Ultra M considering how the planned depiction ties him to Gold's/Blake's tormentors, who in turn is connected to DISABLED and Strangled Red outside of the mod. Heck, if the mod made it, he could be behind the events of every single Pokepasta in the mod, which could make him a planned mastermind and final boss.
