Having been in that situation a while back my first go to is the hopono ho'oponopono meditations my favorite is by Brian Scott and it’s like 45 mins at least, for a week forgiveness plays a big part of the life journey especially forgiving yourself and then I spent a month doing inner child healing, then my self concept and once you’re feeling good about yourself because it’s not about them emphasizing THEM lol I was able to apply the askfirmations like what would I be doing if we were in a happy committed relationship. Definitely not crying or feeling sad. I would be living my best life! So give yourself the grace and love and permission to go live that life and know how amazing you are and worthy you are to live this wonderful abundant life ❤❤❤

You got it! To answer your question, yes I gained at first. Stephanie Buttermore’s channel goes in depth on intuitive eating and my experience was almost identical to hers.
David Allen wrote a book ASKffirmations: Questions That Create Reality... it really helped me frame my understanding of the technique.
