Her speech is so clean you can barely tell she's Jamaican. I can barely understand anything my cousin says when she speaks mainly because she speaks so fast and loud but also she says alot of things in Jamaican.
I put mines on 150 to 180 degrees Celsius, it could be cause you don’t add browning or dark soya that also helped with the colour,I can also share another tip? When the chicken is almost finished you can put your oven high or on broiled for it to have that charcoal colour. When you make it next time I’m sure it will be perfect🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

What temp did you cook it on because I cooked my chicken on 350 degrees and it never looked so nice and brown

Hi. I want to make this. You mentioned 180 but recipe says 150 for temp. Which one do I go with?
I started out on 150 degrees Celsius but when it’s close to finish I put it to 180 degrees Celsius for it to have the dark colour👌🏾
