Highly recommend downloading a full offline NYC subway map on your phone and studying it before going! Doing that saved our asses and a lot of time. It's a super convenient system once you figure out how to read the map. (which is a LOT more expansive and nuanced than Toronto's puny 4 lines that I'm used to)
You forgot Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge, Bay Parkway, Fort Hamilton, Marine Park, Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay!!! So many amazing food places, water views, and fun little cafes and lounges. I know...let me be your tour guide on your Bklyn Part II, a more comprehensive in depth look into these areas of Bklyn through the eyes of a native Brooklynite lols.
i’d recommend manhattan beach. it’s close to brighton beach, has a nice park, in the summer people barbecue there a lot, and it’s got great vibes in general. the neighborhood is rich, one of the best things to do is walk around and look at all the multimillion dollar houses. highly recommend it
TheTravelingClatt thanks man. We are staying in the aloft so glad it was featured. We are also meeting up with Shawn from your bronx video to grab some food. I’ve really enjoyed your New York videos.
YOU DID MISSED A PLACE IN BROOKLYN, IT WAS FORT GREENE, YOU KNOW IN FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN, THEY DID A PBS KIDS SHOW IN THE 90'S CALLED "GHOSTWRITER", DID YOU KNOW THAT?
8th Avenue Chinatown in Brooklyn is amazing! It's an upcoming growing chinatown in nyc, kind of chill and laid back with some great eats and markets. Also is home to Xin Fa Bakery, home of the best egg tarts(must reserve egg tarts in advance)
So you basically missed all the predominant black areas such as the West Indian and African American communities that full if ethnic foods and diversity with music and art as well. Places such as Flatbush Ave, Crown Heights, Brownsville, Bedstuy, Brownsville, Red Hook, SunSet, Prospect Heights and Prospect Gardens, East NY. Areas where they can take pictures of the home of Biggie Smalls and other art around Brooklyn. Typical video of a tourist
Reading is Comprehension. I said it's a typical video made BY a tourist. My point, you made a video just to target white tourists to white areas yet you've excluded a large group in Brooklyn where some of your viewers go to visit these places on their vacation, they can learn history, eat the diverse foods, listen to the panyard and visit during the Labor Day Celebration. It's sad that your ignorance won't allow you to see the facts but okay🤷🏽♀️.
248th view, 30th like and possibly the 30th comment. Halo Tal ! Great video! Really enjoyed the new version of the intro. So much information I’m not sure my brain can hold it all. Oh wait, I don’t have to, I just need to re-watch the video on the topic I want. Would like to see you come back in the summer time and revisit some of the areas that were closed or lack luster due to no leaves, beach water to cold etc. So glad to see you ❤️ love and 🤗 hugs.
Been watching since seeing the African videos with the waterfalls. Love the channel and looking forward to where you go next from here. The New York stuff if fun
Is brooklyn walkable from manhattan and is it safe from a tourist point of view . We would love to spend a day there when we come over from england. Many thanks for any advice.

@@moeglizzy6277 there are just way more in the Bronx, and more people in the Bronx have a hard not so great life based on what I have heard and seen anyway. But whatever I'm sure you are from the Bronx and you got Bronx pride just like I do with Brooklyn, so we can agree to disagree.
