Yikes! Great lesson for us to be really mindful or “present in the moment”, which is not always easy when there are so many future projects on our minds.. Things like that happen more often than you think. Over my lifetime I’ve heard a lot of stories. You are awesome for showing your viewers that stuff happens. Loved the video.
Reason it took so long to get antifreeze to come out the pisser is because it all flows out the pump. You need to clamp the line that goes back to the pump, then it will force it’s way through the engine
@@NorthernHomeGarage haha yeah. Honestly antifreeze is not needed. Those machines are self draining. Just tilt the trailer back and rev the throttle a few times. Any water that is in the engine or water box ( little to none ) will evaporate and or have room to expand
Ha ha. Oh we finally got it. I bought a drill pump that connects to my cordless drill and clamp off the rear lower water hose. I then start the engine and pump in a gallon. Until it comes out the pee hole. I’m told you don’t need to do this but it makes me feel better because we can see -35 c here. Thanks for watching.

Yup. Pretty embarrassing. I wasn’t paying attention. Had a few distraction around me while filming and sometimes that’s all it takes.

Thanks. I will definitely do that next season and thanks for not mentioning me putting antifreeze in the crankcase! Lol.
