Each entry should not be less than 2 minutes and not be more than 3 minutes.

Criteria
A. Actual Quality of Video (60%)
a. Content - 40%
include your purpose, background, the current state of knowledge about the annual convention, how it will be done, and the potential impact
b. Effectiveness - 30%
successful communication, information is accessible to a broad audience, key concepts are clearly communicated, and innovative and creative use of video format
c. Quality - 30%
time constraints are met and effectively used, visuals are clear, effective, and appropriate for the topic, text, music, and narration is clear and appropriate for video
B. Online Votes: (40 %)
