I never thought about pushing the board back when I pop and it literally solved everything in the equation of heelflips. I got 9/10 in a row as best after years and years of attempting them every now and again.

man, I have to get back on the board again.
I was never good at flips, but when I finally learned how to heelflip, it did not take too long until I learned sw heelflips, nollie heelflip, fakie varial heelflip and fk bs heelflips =)
especially nollie heelflips came so easy to me. learned it within a few tries and could do it every time.
then I taught all my friends how to do one. all I did was pop a nollie and pull my flip foot over the nose, that's it :P
BTW are those Tensors with the orange slide pad on your handboard? :) had those trucks once on my actual board.
Yeah I feel like once you understand a concept and able to execute it, it is easier to do similar tricks. And yeah that Handboard has original tensor truck. And yeah you should get back on the board if you're watching this video reminiscing!!!!!

Im having problems keeping my kick flip constant, i cant get a good flick for what ever reason. Bad foot position possibly? Its 3/4 flipping
If I see it I would have better idea and it could be the foot positioning or your speed of flicking board. Or your board it too heavy
