@@peterpan3022 without Stridebreaker you are a useless champion, plus the 25 percent more healing and shielding only affects his conq healing (almost nothing in early game) and his shield which is so tiny if its not maxed. His passive count as HP regen not as healing, so yeah, its totally unefficient. Mercs rush, stridebreaker/triforce and then force of nature as an MR option Edit: the enemy team was Aatrox, Udyr, Asol, Senna and Jinx, so they were not full ap at all

Not to mention that it also increases your health regen by 100% also stacking with garens passive. It literally gives healing out the ass on garen. He's also vsing an ASol mid he's gunna eat so much chip damage any time he walks up to farm, it's not a bad item to stay in lane. If he rushes stridebreaker he's not gunna get much use out of it, the lane is too short and asol has too much range for him to get anything done.
