Greatest vocalist I have ever seen. Yes, she is passionate about all of the songs she writes. A lot of the expression however is the vocal delivery as her notes are so powerful. Check out those mouth shapes. No vocal nonsense here.
She has an incredible voice!!! Next one I would recommend is her song Trollabundin. It’s very different to Falling Free but as equally amazing!!!
Have you ever seen that entire concert (the outdoors one from 2013)? Its a nice watch.
@@Dave-hb7lx I’ve seen that performance of Trollabundin but not the whole concert. Beautiful scenery!! My fave performance of that song is the one with the full orchestra.
@@NOD134 It's not on YT but I'll tell you how to get there. On YT go to the song Manemannen with the band Vamp (featuring Eivor). Under the subscribe button is a link (highlighted in blue) for the whole concert from Norwegian TV. Its about 50 minutes long. It could be a Norwegian tourist video. The beginning is interesting as it shows how they got to that site.

Thanks for doing. One of the best performances on YT. Need to do more. In addition to what's been mentioned already, "Wake Me Up" (live), "True Love " I prefer the official video but live is also good. She did soundtrack music for the series The Last Kingdom. She is a talent.
Wake me up highlights her younger songwriting excellence,actually like it better than Falling Free, also a very “spiritual” song, not religious, but inner spiritual
Hello ! I have just stumbled across your channel and loved your reaciion to this beautiful song by Eivor. If you want to react to more from her, I can recommend several other songs from her. Next one should definitely be "Trodlabundin Live 10.08.13". This is COMPLETELY different from what you have seen here. She sings in her native language Faroese, but to be honest, the text is rather secondary in this case. I would suggest to just watch it... it's stunning... acoustically AND visually, believe me ! You won't regret having reacted to this one. You'll be mesmerized and speechless by what you will hear AND see.

Hah, funny! I'd commented the same thing about channelling only moments ago also under your latest AURORA reaction! 😁 And yes, well possible, too! 😀 Eivør definitely also reminds me somewhat of the latter, and also of Kate Bush 🙂 But that's based solely on this video, which I'd seen already a couple of times before, but it still is her only one I know so far. I must change this fact some time soon 😊
she did some crazy good kate bush covers, hounds of love music video and running up that hill live on icelandic tv. she is often referred to as the nordic kate bush
