This is how the lord works. He raises wicked enemies that “think” they are more powerful than you. He raises them only to put them to open shame when he glorifies you with his great power and his great success. The only thing God asks from the righteous is to continue doing good because ALL vengeance and judgment belongs to him!!!!

I shifted to a new apartment 2days ago, total strangers inside the premises started talking bad about me whenever they see me passing, my first time to see them was on Monday when i came here,i haven't said anything or done anything wrong to them, i don't even know their names, some people are wicked really. Like 7 people all combined on me over nothing. I just rented here and am a single mother struggling with life. After reading this psalm, am calmed, i know God will pay them. Amen
There is a saying that is credited to Denzel Washington that is something like "some people will never like you because your spirit irritates their demons." When you have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you, their demons don't like that. They know, they can sense it. Darkness doesn't like the light. They are total opposites. God bless.

I wonder if your situation got better. I'm also a single mother. I moved back to my childhood home seven years ago after an emotionally and financially devastating divorce. A group of men and a woman have been spreading rumors calling me names mocking me criticizing me for these last seven years. All from behind a wall. It has broken my spirit left me with suicidal thoughts at times and caused me to develop anxiety. I also don't know any of these people n have done nothing to them. After seven years I have held my urges to seek vengeance against them. But now I want to pray this prayer against them. I just don't know if it's acceptable for me to do so. Mainly the part about the children jacked up. When I first read this psalm I sobbed!
@@lotusdfind7447 You could be a ‘targeted individual’ and a victim of ‘gangstalking.’Don’t know if you’ve researched any of those topics.
Usually they target outsiders, people who are isolated, whistleblowers etc..
Find a church, make friends with people there. I wouldn’t tell them your being Gangstalked because it sounds crazy unless your really comfortable.

It is actually what i am Deadling with Right now...vengeance is mine says the lord. This prayer give me so much peace. In return for my love they hate me. In need of Gods vengeance...but i give myself to prayer🙏🙏🙏🙏
They reward me evil for Good and hatred for my love...Jesus show me the Way to deal with it...pray for Gods grace on this sunday and That He Teach me to forgive my enemies as he said forgive and you will be forgiven. The world is still like this...to accuse Poor and needy people...But God is greater🙏🙏🙏

Just found out I am being lied about, by one who I trusted.
I'm so angry, and so hurt!
I have been stewing on what I'm gonna say, to put them in their place!
As I tell God how unfair this all is, He has been telling me to, Stand Still.
My personality is pushing me, to make some noise!

My Father knows me.
He wants me to feel peace.

It is Well! God is on the Throne! Let the haters hate, you are not the problem but they are. You can not fight them, Let go and let GOD take over. Some people have seen worse.
It pains so bad when people in your church acts like enemies talking bad about you, loosing your job because of them and on Sunday you praise God together. Weeèeuuùuh God have mercy and be my strength. Forgive them and let them learn from us even when it hurts 🙏 🙏🙏🙏 for the last 2years this has been my prayer for those that hurt me......I'm still trusting God for healing sometimes I still can't believe what they say and....
In June 2022, someone I know started spreading lies about me because I got a promotion and he didn't. Lord, fight for me. The person repaid me evil for good. In return for my love, he attacked me. Lord vindicate me. Deal with this person for me. You know the truth Lord.

Use this psalm to pray for North Korea. I’ve been watching a lot of documentaries about them and I’m sickened. God led me to David’s words when I was wanting to pray for them. This psalm is actually perfect.
So true! I also think we want instant action, we don’t want to wait for God to take action....something that’s been taken me a looooooong time to understand and I still struggle with.
God said, he is slow to anger but he'll never allow anyone to go unpunished when someone hurts his children. Any one that dig a pitt for his children fall in it, they'll fall in that pitt that they dig up for us. Their plans will be revered at them.
My best friend stole all my properties 20 years ago. He has put my elderly frail father and my family homeless, destitute and suffering severely ill health. Cancer, depression, psychologically and emotionally let alone penniless. I'm suffering severely I no longer wish to live anymore Id rather be dead. My enemy lives in riches and I am poor. How long can I wait? I'm getting old and ill be dead soon. Is this God's will? Thank you kindly

5:15 I heard one preacher say that in this instance the lots were cast before Holy Spirit was released, once Holy Spirit was available then there was no reason to cast lots. I heard another person say that casting lots was simply a form of voting, which kind of makes sense for some instances, but not for others. Nice teaching, thank you.
Casting Lots is a way of completely leaving the result up to God's Sovereignty. It is an act of surrender and an acknowledgement that God controls everything by His Spirit. This is why the disciples prayed first because they knew as mere men and servants, they didn't know the heart of the men-but God did.
