    Some physical pain is just physical. Sitting wrong, muscle imbalance, lot’s. The emotionally induced physical pain, a teacher taught me that you can simply ask to learn the cause. Sit quietly, take a few conscious breaths, focus on the point in the body, with loving feeling thank your body for making you aware, and ask it to let you know what is the emotion related to this pain. It may not come to you at that moment. It can be the next day after work. You will know it when it comes, overwhelmed by that emotion out of no-where, without any reasonable trigger. Try to let it play out and stay aware during the experience. I got rid of pains this way. If that emotion is a frequently reoccurring thing in your life, the physical pain can build up again to remind you. Until you learn to handle the underlying situations in a way that does not give cause to these negative emotions. It can all sound a bit bla bla, but if I ask you to imagine taking a huge bite of a lemon, your mouth waters instantly. The mind body connection is that direct 24/7.

    'Physical pain' is caused by the tension required to hold in emotions from unresolved memories from childhood - it's also referred to as 'stress'.

    Yes. Time plays a huge part in wellness. For some with serious body damage it will take longer to feel better again. My son in law age 39 was shot in the back 8 times by someone he didn't even know and survived. He went to the other side and back and that alone gave him the will to carry on. Shattered his hip, touch spine, so much lung & internal damage. He just got out of the hospital a week ago. He is still is so much physical pain and may need an updated hip replacement because it popped out and did more damage. Now there are splinters going on. Lost partial use in right hand and total loss of right foot.When you are in the throws of that much pain and nerve pain, it will take a lot of time.

      Oh my gosh! I can tell you love him like your very own child and that is how I feel about my son in law. I had EMDR therapy for the PTSD from trauma and pain. EMDR bridges the mind body connection, it’s such a great tool for getting through. I just know you want to help him through. I pray you have respite because when something like this happens to a family member, it effects all of you. My prayers of hope and miraculous recovery are there with you. Be well.

    I just found out I have to deal with a cronic type of pain during my whole life. The one that even makes you think of ending your own life. And the thing that hurts the most is that all I can think of is this physical pain and I can't even enjoy spending time with my parents who are very old. I don't know what to do. The Universe has spoken me through synchronicities during my whole life, but I really don't know what to do.

    • @doc2560
      @doc2560 Год назад +1

      You have just been told by someone that your pain will not end in your lifetime. You have the choice whether to believe in that fiction. I suggest that it is a fiction because it is after all only another story about your situation. It may or may not be more or less true. Time will tell as with most things in life. Another part of the story is that you are fortunate enough to have your parents know age is still alive and in your life. As you may already understand being old the body pain in ways unexpected in youth. Therefore growing old includes both physical and emotional pain which also need tending and compassion and a listening ear of someone nearby you know loves you. Is it possible that this pain life has brought you could open you to a greater understanding and closeness to the people who raised and nursed you when you couldn't take care of yourself? If so maybe just letting it be as it is for all of you?

    I love Eckhart Tolle's teachings, but........ this is one area he or his wife can really address, physical pain. Because we get pain to tell us something is wrong physically with us, it is not all because of trauma. It's the body telling you, get some help here there's something wrong. I'm in pain physically, and no advice would cure it except something that thank goodness we could have access to, if our doctor would allow it, a pain medication. I'm going in circles trying to fix issues with my body and have not got any pain medication, but if it persists, I will hope to have available something that relieves it for a while. I feel sorry for anyone with physical terrible pain. If Eckhart had this issue, what would he do? I wish I could get an answer from him.

    Pain,- The universal life (Tao, God, spirit,.) source repulsion energy of which initiates within the entity a dynamic of flow, , away, due to in part/whole incompatibility (stop doing what you re doing, including masking the pain with medication, so that you can continue doing, what you re doing). In nature, a plant responds to 'pain' by closing its pedals, throwing off leaves and so on. BTW, suffering is the dynamic of transition after pain has initiated the message (when the wind breaks off a tree branch (pain), the amount of time to transition to the new form is the dynamic (suffering).

    What causes physical or mental pain is physiological.
    Genes produce chemicals like anandamide (joy, bliss, happiness) which sometimes shut out physical pain also. A myriad of chemicals and their reactions cause us anxiety,
    worry, pain and even lack of presence - and everyone’s dosage is different. Present -
    yes, always possible, perhaps not for most.

    I have a question about physical pain that I consider interesting in terms of being a "high sensitive person" aka HSP.
    One of the traits of HSP is to being more sensitive to physical pain in general.
    I'm feeling pain intensively. Being a woman, I'm having trouble regarding my menstrual cycle.
    I'm highly affected by homonal issues. Hormones cause mood changes that I am not able to control.
    How can I address this problem?

    bs. what about children who experience chronic pain, but are too young to have undergone any trauma?
    what about pain from getting your teeth drilled at the dentist? that isnt a random pain that comes up from trauma, but from real physical damage to part of your body.

    • @alexxx3336

      Yarcofin she is talking about pain caused by your own thinking not what you’re referring to. Yes when you think painful thoughts it causes a sensation buildup somewhere within. Apples to oranges

    • @renmuffett
      @renmuffett 6 лет назад +3

      I agree. Pain from serious bodily damage from being shot or crunched in a car crash, has nothing to do with holding on to emotional pain from a past. I was born with a stenosis of my c vertebra that causes pain that I live with. Accepted it for what it is. Always had that pain and not from any childhood mental issues.

    • @hm2011100
      @hm2011100 6 лет назад +21

      I’d be careful not to make assumptions about how young is ‘too young to have undergone any trauma’. Newborns can already carry the collective pain body of humanity, & can sense their parents’ pain bodies, apart from the fact that abuse can begin *extremely* early in a child’s life.

      Stefan Schultze May I suggest breathwork/Therapy. A well know practice called Rebirthing requires intense breathwork which assists in giving “birth” to lots of old painful imprints through the body; dark shadows out & the Healing Medicine of Source Energy in through every cycle, so you’re left much Light-er with less & less pain as that pain-body is shrunk & replaced with Love. We’ve all had emotional traumas, whether as a ‘victim’ of direct violence or an observer of something horrific. As we grow further without giving voice to the emotions that arose from those experiences, we end up with moderate to thick layers of “body armor” surrounding our hearts. This must be removed if we’re to once again create a Sanctuary in our heart, which was always the intended “battery” for Source Love as well as the pump that flows it out to all, without even thinking of it! We ARE Love, so we must resurrect our hearts, fill them & get that Flow of Life Force going once again.
      Breathwork’s the bomb!
      Best wishes & Blessings to all. ~*~

      So I'm guessing MD is how you cope with your past trauma. Would you be better off staying present and not getting caught up in your thinking. Then when the pain body is activated, stay with it and accept it as your past pain. This should dissolve your pain body. Over time of course, it won't happen over night.

      physical injury is foreign to the body just as a new hip would be. but when you really consider what pain actually is, its only in the mind. there may be signals from frayed or damaged areas via nerves, but those are just signals, electrochemical one's at that ... the brian gets them and produces whats called pain ... more signal ... its an odd thing. if there was an injury, but no signaling, would there be pain? perhaps not, which suggests its just the mind, and the mind can be controlled in some ways, notably stemming from that underlying voice, the one that's actually awake vs. the brain which is distracting you into feeling pain. i've been amazed at just being aware of that, and demanding my brain just stop it ... and it does sometimes. very odd.

      Interesting question. I get near immediate inflammation response and pain in knees from contact with certain chemicals - It stops me in my tracks and can drop me. It's not an emotional response to picking up a bottle of shampoo and has no origin other than the chemicals. Learned this thru trial and error over the years - I never decided my shampoo was harmful ahead of time. I'm an energy healer and it doesn't matter what I do, I still can't touch certain products with my hands. I have a hard time linking this to any emotional pain - that makes no sense.
