    Your 10 amp circuit breaker will ride far past 10 amps as they work in two ways, trip out on a short circuit or thermal trip which will not trip instantly.
    You can add 20% of the breaker rating so a 10 amp will thermal trip at 12 amp after some time, also you need a breaker that is DC current safe as AC ones can arc inside with DC and cause fire/ fume and damaged.

    Try a smaller 24 volt transformer to 220 volt, as that circuit board may not power the low ohms of that transformer windings so will have overload protection, that may be why it runs intermittently.
    I suspect that circuit board will not handle switching 1Kw.

    You also need to connect the voltage feedback to inverter module if not that inverter module will not work correctly..
    If you can't find the datasheet of that board , you can still find the egs002 board datasheet...
    But if you use to make 12V to 220V inverter you should use 7V to 220V transformer , for 24V system 13V to 220V transformer is a better choice and also don't forget to connect feedback...
