I’m so relieved to learn that someone else had the same issue I experienced! I was fairly new to diamond painting when I was finishing this so I ordered diamonds from a different company using the DCM number. I thought I did something wrong. I did not know then that DAC could help. My fault. The picture is very pretty but I was very disappointed with the skin color. I will not frame. The pic looks different from the final product but I loved the process and the canvas and drills quality. I have bought about 10 more canvas from DAC since that I absolutely love! Thank you for this video! 💖

Tbh, the color is so similar it's hard to tell at a distance... or by my screen display & I've always felt her skin was charted just a little too pinkish anyway, but it still looks great! I'll def be getting her as I'm a purple lover as well!

I love the completed picture and your bling ups! Purple is also my favourite colour and I don't like pink, but that's because my mother LOVES it and would put me in hideous pink outfits with ruffles and a whole lot of poofiness (80s fashion was not kind to me) when I was little.
One of the first videos that I watched on your channel was of you working on this DP and that was it - I was hooked and determined to try diamond painting. Watching your WIPnChats while you worked on this canvas kept me entertained and sane while I recovered from major surgery, and I FINALLY (!!) purchased her over the weekend. Cannot wait for her to arrive! Cannot thank you enough for putting in the time to make these videos and I honestly don't have the words to let you know just how much your videos helped me get through my recovery.

She looks great! No one would notice those little spaces. I think sometimes we are harder on ourselves. The painting I'm doing now from DAC must be an older one, it has dark guide circles on the light colors and I've been obsessed about them not showing. I am attempting for the first time to add different abs and crystals to this painting and it's so fun to get creative. I also ordered from DP with Sparklers and DiamondDrillsUSA both on Etsy. They both have beautiful drills in rounds and square. Anyway you did a great job. 👍

I like her! I'm not sure if on camera I would have noticed the difference in the color if you hadn't pointed it out. Thank you for telling us not to beat ourselves up for not being perfect placers. I am reallyimperfe t and i do beat myself up but as you showed us, it actually isn't noticeable from a reasonable distance.

Beautiful. I love the sparkle and the colors. How do you make your drills line up so well.. mine seems to have spaces and not straight.. I agree if you don't look up close you don't notice them.. Love the changes.

Adorable!!! And I always say to people asking about squares, try not to sweat it to much, from a distance you can't tell, you'll never be as close to it as when you're working on it.
Love the painting and those crystal drills are amazing to say the least. The color in her face is fine. I look at this way. She is kind of looking downward a bit and it could cast a shadow so the color would be a bit different. Awesome job as usual Rachel.

I know I’ve been obsessed with this painting ever since I seen you do it on your channel. It’s made me want to get this one in the future because I just love pink and of course purple. What made me stall is the skin color just did not look right on her on the website.
If you had not pointed out the difference in her skin tone on her face I would never had noticed it. I think it looks great the way it is

It turned out very nice. I am not a fan of pink, so not a painting i would ever make. But I still think it looks nice. and i love the enhancements. It makes it yours. I find that a thing with diamond paintings, they are "all the same".
So, ehm, I did a thing: I went back through your kitting up video, and made a snapshot of were you showed the sticker sheet. And then I compared that to the stickers you took when kitting up (it's a fast video :-)). There is a little mishap, with the second bag you kit up. The label you took was 3608, symbol E, while you had bag 3708, which should have been the . symbol.
I just got this one & I'm wondering if it would be easy enough to change the pink hair to be the same as the purple by recharting & getting more purples to take its place
If you didn't compare the original painting, I thought it’s pink go to purple. Pink shade on hair is similar color shade on her skin. However it turn out nice. Thanks for review. 🙂
My favorite color is purple also. My abhorrence of the color pink is due to the fact that my mother dressed me almost exclusively in the color pink as a kid. Otherwise I would buy this in a heartbeat!

I did the same thing with a purple shade. I have never run out of a color with DAC before but it was easy to get more. As I was finishing up the canvas, I realized I had them correct originally but then I switched the containers, some how. I have tried to 'fix' it but it was too many diamonds planed in the wrong place. It happens and probably I am the only one to notice but it drives me crazy LOL
No one who matters will say anything! 😉

Oh man, I’m disappointed by her hair. I ordered it specifically for all the purple! I might have to try to alter it.
Of course I’ve had the drills to “fix” Rococo Dream for months and haven’t touched it. Oops.
