Xavi has said truth about financial problem of Barca, but how can he says he can not get the players that he wants. After Xavi's arrival-Lewandowski, Kounde,Raphinha,Ferran,Gundogan,Garcia,Christensen,Cancelo,Alonso,Romeu,Aubameyang,Adama have signed with Barca in Xavi's preference. Felix,Vitor these two may be not his preference. Xavi could not get Messi because Messi feels betrayed by Barca Board and also did not want to wait till end of transfer window. Two things can be true
1- He did well finding financial solutions( remember..we wont know the ramifications as we sold long term assets and the effects will come later)
2- laporta is also conniving and in his pursuit in politics.. he sometimes causes more harm than good

The Manager I want is Hansi Flick. I've long felt that we needed to embrace and place more emphasis on pace, physicality, intensity, directness, and not just being obsessed with slow moving ball possession and forcing everyone we sign to play that way. Let Flick bring his 4-2-3-1. Lewandowski fits it. De Jong fits it. Pedri and Gavi can share duties at AMF. Go get a DM to pair with De Jong in a double pivot and the majority of pieces are already there for it.
As a long time Barcelona supporter. We love laporta and his way of presidency. but Xavi is trusted more amongst cules, so Laporta needs to be really careful. What's happening is not any sign of support for the coach since the last 3 years, only talk. He also interferes too much in transfers like, bringin in lewandowski, felix, not signing a proper busquets replacement, not letting go of FDJ not signing a playmaker. Too much agents intereference in barcelona players careers.

The club really needs to let Deco do his job. He clearly has a sharp eye for talent the club needs to take advantage of. I’m personally not in favor of promoting Rafa just yet, but Deco could be seeing something good in him and Motta is a very good shout as well.
Fans only trust Xavi because he's always been loyal. and he's the only heir to cruyff. Deco is not someone Cules trust fully. he only spent 4 years at barca and as soon as he left we had a glory.

What is it exactly about Barcelona's style of play or lack thereof ,that convinces you that Xavi is a better coach than Flick,Motta and DeZerbi ?These coaches have clearly defined styles of play which their teams exhibit on the field.What system does Barca play,are we playing Tiki taka,counter attacking football,are we a park the bus team,do we play a long ball system,do we see any rehearsed patterns of play ?Clearly the answers to all above are no,we pass the ball slowly from side to side and hope something happens,relying on an individual moment of brilliance from Yamal or Fermin.And don't say we need more money and players,Girona has a budget of $60 million ( the same price as Roque ),we have world class players in attack and defence and yet we play clueless ugly football.I keep asking ,when was the last time you as a fan watched a Barca game,win lose or draw and came away satisfied by what you saw ?
Xavi is the most protected manager in the world rn all because he’s one of the biggest club legends at Barca. If this was anyone else, Xavi would been gone and the board wouldn’t have such a hard time letting go of him therefore making it a whole lot easier.

Xavi is paying this dude Barcaboy. I’ve never seen someone defend Xavi as much as him. After the Roque treatment and Xavi’s comments in that press conference that was my last straw with him. I think what actually happebd is when Xavi said he is leaving Laporta played up trying to keep him for good PR but really dodnt want him and truelly thought Xavi wouldnt go back on his word to leavw then he did and Laporta was stuck to stay with him or look stupid.

De Zerbi’s brand of football fits Barca most. Although he can be dogmatic at times in his approach, he is very evidently tactically astute, works extremely well with youngsters, improves players and makes even the average player look like a world beater, which is what coaching is all about really. It’s mouthwatering to imagine what he could achieve with the talent Barca have at their disposal that Brighton just don’t at the same level. For those that keep saying stuff like “Brighton have lost x matches and lost to y and z”, Brighton has had one of the worst injury crises in the top European leagues this season, if not the worst, while playing in an European competition for the first time in their history. They’re probably one of the only sides that are justified in using injury woes as an excuse for why they haven’t been at their best(and not Barca). Yet, De Zerbi has still managed to get this depleted squad that is even blessed with the most talent to begin with to the UEL knockout stages while playing attractive football and creating a load of chances.
Although Flick hasn’t been able to prove himself outside of a Bayern squad that had everything he need in terms of quality and compatibility with his very direct style of play and a season where most teams weren’t in the best condition anyway, he still put the players in the position to succeed and improved their physical shape (for which he deserves credit) and a sextuple is a sextuple I guess.
Rafa Marquez has a bright future but might not be ready for this big of a jump just yet. It’s a gamble that still could payoff though.
The prospect of Thiago Motta is wonderful to think about. Plays beautiful football but doesn’t come at the expense of his rock solid defense which relies more on the structure he’s put in place rather than the quality of his players . According to my research the player roles he has in his team gel seamlessly with a lot of Barca’s current players: CBs joining the midfield when needed, Christensen and potentially Cubarsi; mostly defensive FBs, Kounde and potentially Balde(inconsistent offensively but very good defensively); DM with a bit more freedom to roam due to either CB moving into defensive midfield , De Jong or Alex Garcia if he joins; high interiors, too many to mention; and a false 9, Felix’s favored role or Xavi Simons if he joins. Of course he could still adapt if he feels the need to in order to accommodate players like Lewa, Roque, Cancelo(if he stays) or whoever else we get during the transfer window.
Can’t preach about Nagelsmann anymore because Barca weren’t fast enough to secure him so either Motta or De Zerbi just might be my favorites right now.
