Dont just rely on a magic liquid. After you do the drain cleaner process, put a good amount of water in there, a use a plunger! The drain cleaner will soften up the gunk, ,but the plunging will put some pressure on it and break it loose. Then run the water awhile to get it into the main house drain, which is at least twice the size of the sink and tub plumbing.
I almost took this back because there was no tab when I open the cap and the consistency is like water so I assumed some used it and took it back to the store. Lucky I decided to research before hand.
That's exactly why I found this video. Liquid was odorless, and I thought an employee had swapped it out with water. The cap had no resistance or typical safety seal over the bottle top.
it's good but use 2 complete bottles and BOIL water and let sit for 30 min

I heat my water in a kettle and pour it down the drain and repeat the process and have had success with this product.
