Sorry you had that issue on Tower of Terror. The loading sometimes is up to the castmember, hope you mentioned that at guest services. Also, maybe they were only running one lift? Happy they sorted it out. So happy that Rise was a good experience as was the rest of your time in Batuu. Team Blue Milk all the way. Thanks too for including the Railway footage. For many reasons you're very well aware of I adore that ride.
I think Tower of Terror was running on reduced capacity that day. I don’t fault anyone for that situation, it just sucked lol. And yesss blue milk and Runaway Railway are national treasures 🩵
SCI-FI DINE IN, lets gooo!! So happy you got to experience that!! Rough price but having walk-up availability is awesome. Defenitely a massive bummer about Genie+, that systems has just been trash from the very start. But atleast that Disney customer service came in clutch!!
Sci-Fi has been on my bucket list for YEARS, so I was really happy that I could make that one happen 😁 And yeah, customer service was awesome, so everything worked out fine in the end.
