Thanks to Byju's tutorial for providing videos in english. In youtube most of the news analysis are in hindi.
I mostly read written analysis of news to save time. But sometimes when it comes to important topics I watch video analysis of news.
I am not an IAS aspirant as I crossed the age limit. But I do watch this channel sometimes as there are very few youtube channels which provides news summary and analysis in english.

But the heart with the people who are really affected due to this Act.
    In case of Assam:
Non-muslim person who came after 1971 March 24 - Accepted
Muslim person who came after 1971 March 24 - Rejected
This is were we are discriminating an individual.

A much much awaited session by you....Thank you so much Sarmad Sir 😊
Sir You smartly covered the 'arguments in favour' ...really appreciate that 😁 becoz it was very difficult to find any good thing about CAB.
And also Sir everything is fine regarding favour and against and also other part.....but my question is "What was the NEED for CAB basically"? Why it has introduced by the govt .....why they feel sudden need to protect religious minorities of other countries despite of focussing on priorities and others problems of our own country??

    1. Rohingyas are not recognised as a minority by the Myanmar government. They are considered to be illegal migrants from bangladesh, which again is refuted by the UN and Bangladesh. So there is a certain dilemma regarding the nativity of rohingyas. Moreover there are cases pending against Rohingyas in the Supreme Court regarding their involvement in many terror related activities in India. So there is no way they can be included in this.
    2. Srilankan tamils are ethnic minorities, not religious. Again they are also facing cases in Supreme court regarding LTTE.

Unlike rest of India, Assam already has accepted millions of illegal migrants from Bangladesh from 15th Aug 1947 to 24th Mar 1971 and and it cant bear anymore influx as its resources are limited to fulfill its own citizens. Moreover along with secularism, the identity of the indigenous people i.e. language and culture will completely be lost forever. This is the reason why whole NE is against the bill and mostly in Assam.
Already there are more than 5 reported deaths due to firing by the police who are trying to stop the protesters who are coming out in streets defying curfew against the contentious bill which has already been turned into an act. Only hope left to save Right to EQUALITY, SECULARISM, DEMOCRACY and IDENTITY of Assamese people is the SUPREME COURT.
Thank you sir for the for and against opinion explanation so clearly and from my point of view SC will definitely rule out the CAA 2019.
