You need to use commands btw the command is /setblock ~ ~ ~ sculk_shrieker ["can_summon":true]

How do you bring an active shriker? even making them appear "naturally" using the catalyst and killing enough mobs and in a large space with enough darkness, it still appears inactive

Use the command: "/give @a structure_block", Put it on an ACTIVE Shreiker, Put x=1 y=1 z=1(Length, Height, Width), put on the other y -1. Then SAVE it. Then you can copy and past it whenever you wish.

There is 0% chance of the Warden purposely going straight to the Shrieker.

I tried the same with sculk sensors, it's just repeats to make noise, it's doesn't work.

It does work the guy in the is in the surface since warden cant be spawn in surface can only be spawn underground
