Well, your low budget is not really that low to be honest. Don't get me wrong, I am not a hater! I like your content.
I travelled to 5 European countries (Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and France) for 20 days and spent only 1.97L for one person. Of course I stayed in a hostel. Maybe you were calculating low budgets with hotel prices. But when we talk about the low budget, we kind of assume that one shall be staying in the hostels.

Why are you not using travel cards like HDFC infinia and Axis Magnus? Their reward system is also comparitively good.
Just got the infinia 1month ago! Had to upgrade from diners club, as of now the reward points on flights and hotels are around 16-30% . It's amazing

Why didn’t you use Airbnb? I have used it extensively while traveling in Europe and most of them have parking facilities and also coffee machines in the kitchen which comes with the apartment, you would have saved a lot. Also I don’t think that getting a car upgrade is a great idea becoz bigger car will guzzle more fuel and you were just two people so smaller car is always better especially in Europe where some of the roads are really narrow
I need a suggestion for domestic credit card. I need to book 8-13 domestic tickets in a year. Now few catches.
Vistara is out of scene as there's almost no flight from CCU - HYD
Air India has only 1-2 direct flights.
Earlier tickets used to be around 4k. Now the same flights are costing around 6k. So a round trip to Hyd will cost around 12k. Plus I generally nook airbnb in hyd which costs around 20k + for my entire stay. This also happens 4-5 times a year.
Now considering all these please suggest me a credit card. Thanks 😅
