Killer upgrade!!!! I will have to order one for my 6!!! I'm still running the stock one but it could always be better!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘 Subbed!!! I will say that the pan hard bar upgrade mount is one of the best mods I have done on mine. Even with the sticker it was flexing quite a bit. Once I swapped it steering response is way better!!!

That's okay, I blew up that servo a few months back. Was gonna order a rebuild kit but found something cheaper and possibly stronger. My truck is very heavy with my new beadlocks paired with the mudslingers running 8s lipo. I think you should be fine

Can you do a running video with new servo. I'd like to see you stress it a little lol

I was wondering which ESC you're running? And are you running the stock motor? Thanks

I was running the spektrum 160a 8s esc and the spektrum 1200kv 8s motor in that video

No BEC is needed even with the stock ESC?

You should install one, I have a video on how to install a bec

Stock mount. No need to put the bigger mount. ?

I'm still on stock mount, to get the most out of any servo upgrade, you'll need to install aluminum servo mount, front left shock tower and aluminum axle housings. Sometimes it's nice to have a weak link so you don't replace the expensive parts. Hope this helps

@@nicktech007 have all the metal goodies. Was Just curios if i needed the extra mounts the truck comes with from factory, cause mines are lost. I only have the mount that comes installed by factory with orig servo.

    Do you need a bec?

    • @nicktech007

You don't technically need a bec. But would be safer to run one. Plus you can run that servo at full power at 8.4v

    What tires are you using?

Those are the rc4wd 40 series mud slingers (3.8 in size)

80KG servo, isn't that too heavy for this?
That weighs as much as a fully grown man with hair on his nuts!!!!

    • @nicktech007
      @nicktech007  Год назад +2

Haha love your comment. As for the servo it should be plenty. It's double the torque of the stock servo and doesn't break the bank

@@nicktech007 I've seen 60 KGs ones for like $40 which are 1/5th, I might look into that if I get the car, waiting for an eBay sale.
