Well in that aspect X is even more tragic. At least zero has two sort of romance and died fighting. While X never had any, and got destroyed by a mad guy in mmz2 :(
Other than the art style, the whole Elf concept and fact you can only play as Zero, I fully agree. Megaman Zero truly was one of the better Megaman series. I still love the X series more, but even I can't help but feel quite jealous at some of the innovations Megaman Zero bought to the series when it came to gameplay. Heck, even the plot is vastly better too. It actually tackles some serious issues that I so wished the X series would have explored rather than just, "Ooh, Sigma is back. Evil happens. Stop him." -.-
The X series was were I started, though I'll disagree that the plot consisted of stopping Sigma and that was it. If you pay attention, it's a story of two allies that were never meant to be friends and the sacrifices they make to save each other, and save the world. Sure, Sigma was there pulling the strings for a major portion of this, but he's not really been the main focus that often. X1, 4 and 5 definitely, but otherwise he's just there. In the Zero series, however, it all comes together. Zero's full destructive potential was unleashed and his soul was placed in a new body, X made a major sacrifice in sealing the dark elf. And Zero answers the all so important question. Is he a maverick? He doesn't care. He was made to be a maverick, fought alongside the one he was built to destroy, and saved the world he was meant to plunge into chaos. For me, Zero tied the series together as a whole. X and Zero. Safe to say their games had some low points and drawbacks, it's a fact of life. No series is perfect after all. The success of X1&2 lead to X3 being relatively simple gameplay wise and lackluster in the graphics department. In an attempt to bring the series to a quick close, Zero 4 had some slightly gimmicky and relatively simplistic game and story dynamics. As a whole, I love both the X and Zero series. In part because they complete each other, but also because, though connected, they can stand alone as a series. In the X series, both X and Zero sported their own unique variable weapons systems and X had a variety of forms to use. In the Zero series, Zero could handle a variety of different weapons on top of switching elements and forms. Anyway,I could ramble about this stuff all day. The X and Zero series really drew out my best as a gamer. It makes sense that I love them so much.

So sexy o_O btw the remasted tracks pic is EPIC WIN ^^
I love this design of Zero He doesn't have the crystal man boobs of the original X design, or the creepy thong and dorky paper triangle sword of the GBA game designs, he just looks straight up badass. makes me hope beyond hope that this is the design we will get in any future games featuring him, My ultimate fantasy (for this subject) is a DMC5 with Dante, Lady and Trish (and sure why not Nero, still better than donte) with a DLC/Unlockable Zero with all his weapons and alt costumes, with this one as his default.

This is so freaking epic sauce
Mythos and departure those are the best names that I've seen I'm my life and is from one the best songs I've seen
Awesome track. This whole album has everything. Great electronic drum beats, cool guitar lines, progressive feeling, edgy yet melodic overall sound
Fun fact: The Zero design in the official portrait is a finished version of one of his concept art designs.
More than 11 years, fk I love my GBA
One of the only video game songs that it seems like almost every version or remix of the song is amazing for me.
I wish they'd remake it and use music like this
Lebron James, scream if you love MEGAMAN ZERO
"HA!"
"HA!"
never played megaman zero but this is really good
best intro stage music in the whole saga
Never forgot about this battle. This was the best ost of megaman zero
this mythos version is awesome! always listen to this version.
MegaMan Zero was just a great series, great atmosphere. I really liked it. MegaMan games need to come back. Especially the X series
Zero el último que llevo en sus hombros los sueños del Dr. Light y de su amigo X
Pero es robot de Willy.
Every time that i listen to this song i start remembering pieces of events that happened in those games spanning from the beginning of Zero 1 to the end of Zero 4. not as a real gameplay footage but instead as animated scenes from an non-existent anime. it always make me cry from nostalgia, i wish this saga had an animated series or at least a movie.
Best music to start a game
Happy 15th Anniversary, Megaman Zero!! I will love this series for as long as I live and beyond. So glad to have played this when I was young.
The series that changed my life (I taught myself English to understand the story, at age of ~8. Yes, I'm fairly young still.)
Una obra de arte 👍
Oh the Remix and the orginal are all so amazing!
Oh yeah the old days playing on my GBA this amazing game
I always prefered the z design than the x design. and i just realised this last night that unlike the x design where zero's lock of hair comes out from the back and is tied, the z series, his entire hair isnt tied from the back, it flows everywhere! So sexy o_O btw the remasted tracks pic is EPIC WIN ^^
I love this design of Zero He doesn't have the crystal man boobs of the original X design, or the creepy thong and dorky paper triangle sword of the GBA game designs, he just looks straight up badass. makes me hope beyond hope that this is the design we will get in any future games featuring him,
My ultimate fantasy (for this subject) is a DMC5 with Dante, Lady and Trish (and sure why not Nero, still better than donte) with a DLC/Unlockable Zero with all his weapons and alt costumes, with this one as his default.
...well...DMC 5 is announced...with a mega buster as the dlc weapon for Nero. That ok?
Well,if Capcom somehow makes a remake for the Zero games,I truly hope that they use this Zero’s design
@@agenericguy1014 I like the normal Zero design but this would be cool as a costume to use if you put in a code.
Maybe someone could make this as a mod or even a romhack who knows
Simply stunning!
That artwork is amazing.
I remember this! It was played 10 years ago on Tokyo's got talent!
I don't know what it is but I swear every piece of Mega Man OST has the same effect on me as the Rocky theme. I just get pumped and feel like I could go for a run hearing most of it.
This perfectly describes what it encapsulates me about it
I bought NDS Rockman Zero Collection around 10 years ago. And a few days ago, I bought this again on Switch !
Ryu didnt need to be in smash Capcom
Megaman needed a new game
Quote neither did cloud
MM11 is happening soooooooooooooooo
But what about megaman ledgends 3
Zero needed to be in Smash.
Let's be real here.
@@HarmonicVector He is in Smash...as an assist trophy
Glad you see the series in that light. People can learn to be more level-headed like you are, with that type of thinking.
Me apareció este ost al escribir rubio teton zero 2
Grande youtube
X2 XD
JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJ
This became my power up OST to get work done
MMZ Zero really needs another game
If you own a DS, try out ZX and ZX advent, they are basically the zero games with transformations and an open world. Pretty awesome games.
I've already played those. Only things I really liked about them was being able to play as Omega.
I loved MMZ games but at the same i loved that it had a deserved ending , Zero as a Hero
forever !
Actually, it doesn't.
We need orzzzzz.
BUT! What would be totally badass and cool and the meaning of life itself would be an anime series for Rockman Zero.
That. THAT'D SO GREAT. BEYOND TO GREAT INDEED omfg.
There were 2 mangas for it actually (one of which was total shit)
For me zero and x are my favorite rival friends and I would say that it has a massive affect not just the world but my very soul it reminds out even robots can have a errors and there are people who think that “robots” are brainless emotionless people but I think they are the opposite just like us who have their brain shut down through huge amount of depressions that makes the person look emotion just like a veteran that goes to war but when reminded in the present of their past lives it makes them go through ptsd
Wish Zero could make it into Smash. The Legend himself has been through so many foes it's only logical he'd be included in Smash. The story, music, character and legend to it all. Zero, the Legend.
Especially the MMZ version of Zero. Hell, the MMZ games were originally released on the GBA.
