Another great video flown and narrated by Roger and Diane, awesome terrain. In a very hot setting.. Good information about the area.. Thanks for the ride along. Love the video, Thanks so much
Once again! Great video!! Well done! I especially liked the view of those cool mountains at 9:20, that was one of my favorite sections. And then seeing all those airlines mothballed at Goodyear! Wild!
Hey Roger and Diane, we love the videos you create. The scenery, the voice over and Roger's explanations invite me to watch multiple times. I look forward to meeting you both and flying with you soon. I bought Richard's AC 582 buggy. Keep the videos coming!
Thank you....and that’s so awesome! We just flew to Marana for breakfast today with Rick and another pilot. He misses his buggy at times. So glad you bought it and reached out. I forgot where Rick said you are based. Come out and see us sometime or maybe we can fly to you. So much fun!
Thanks for the video. I've been patiently waiting, LOL. I know it's a lot of work to film and edit a video, so I greatly appreciate your hard work Diane. Roger was awesome explaining some of the terrain and the effects on the trike caused by the rotors, etc. This video was special to me, because after sitting in your Revolt I can imagine better what it feels like to be flying up there with you. You know my goal is to join you all in the air one day soon! Thanks again and happy flying my friends.
Thanks Frankie! It was awesome to meet you! There are a couple used Revolts coming on the market. So be sure to let us or Larry know when you are ready.
Great to hear! Keeps me motivated. :-) We have been working on a longer historical one. Have so many flights to edit. Been flying way more than I can keep up with editing. Hope you had happy holidays too. We flew twice this weekend. It’s so amazing!! Hope you get to fly before long. 😊
@@larsonadventures580 I had my shoulder surgery mid October and I just started therapy. It will be spring, I think, before I can realistically start my adventure. I'll be up there one day soon!!! I had a good holiday too, thanks for asking.
As always, a wonderful video, please don´t forget to talk us about your avionics, and flight instruments, keep having fun with those wonderful flights and sharing it to us by this way. Greetings from Venezuela.
I have to admit it but you put together some more great footage of your flight. The Saddle Mountains looks like it may have rocked your worlds. If it wasn’t for the stabilization on your cameras it would have given a clearer picture of the bucking bronco you both were trying to ride. Wahoooo! Damn! So what did the State Trooper want? Lol.... I know it wasn’t just to say hello!
Thanks John. Yes the stabilized footage doesn’t give my nervousness justice. Lol. Glad you can imagine it. The State Trooper just got his pilots license and retired. We got to know him at the airport as it was a great location for him to wait for calls. So he was saying hello but also goodbye as it was his last day.
@@larsonadventures580 - glad to help out a new pilot. So much for them to learn. Like flying through a pass from the leeward side knowing it’s going to get turbulent. But still better than approaching from the windward side knowing you maybe diving into the canyon because of downdrafts! Whee Haaa! Oh crap!! Take care.
Hello Roger, I was wondering about your videos all over Arizona. Do you trailer your trike to an airport, say Havasu, or do you fly to all the places in your videos? Also, what is your average crusing speed and how far can you go on a tank of fuel?
We do not have a trailer and we fly everywhere we have gone so far. Our average cruise speed has been 60-65mph. On one tank we can fly 4 hours, about 240 miles with reserve. Thanks for watching.
