That is a busy vessel! But what fun for all. 5 boys, but look at them playing cards and not trying to murder each other; not that they would. Holding tank bursting at the seams? Great post, fantastic underwater video... all too short, but appreciated. I haven't seen a mountain here in flat Florida, unless you count the landfill. Thank you for another great episode, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the Taylor family! Jerry 🤗
9 of us onboard. It was great fun. Having Dylan and Nathan's friends join them made it extra special as they got to share their life experience with them. True about the holding tanks. Bulging for sure. The mountains are fantastic and make for some punishing hikes. Thank you for watching and for the comment.
You folks are truly missed. I hope and pray you are all in good health. And am thinking you are no longer sailing. Thank you for all the life sharing videos your family gave to those of us who still enjoy your videos. Good bless and be safe.
Hi. Thanks so much for the message. We are all in good health and apologise for the lack of videos and response. We are no longer sailing and are trying to adjust back to land life which is a greater struggle than we expected. I do have so many videos to make still and although we are no longer sailing I hope that you will still take the time to watch them. Thank you for being concerned about us. We really appreciate it. Take care.
Your friends are quite blessed to come share your adventures for a little while. I love it when the boys do the narration - their heavily accented young voices are a delight to listen to. They don’t even know they have an accent, do they?
A beautiful vacation had by your friends. And no doubt 'twas a lot of fun to show them around. Thanks as always for taking the time to record and share your adventures in these dreamy islands. Merry Christmas.
Hi Frank. Thanks for watching. We all had an amazing time onboard. They have visited us 3 times on this adventure. Sorry about the lack of response for a while. The computer has been in the shop having a new battery installed. We are up and running again. All the best for 2024
Good Nz morning Mokara tribe. The term South Pacific refers I believe to every island South of Hawaii. But when this 77yr teenager was much younger, we understood that the Society Islands was a reference point for the term South Pacific. In our youth it was Islands with dusky maidens, coconut palms waving in the trade winds, white coral beaches, beautiful lagoons with plenty of fish to spear, etc. And not forgetting the inter-island trading schooners. Well I've seen photos, through National Geographic. But now?? ? And back to 21st century, have you ever seen the green flash as the sun drops below the horizon. Apparently its a real phenomenon. Anyway have a great Christmas and a HNY2024. All the very best from down here.
Hi to you in NZ. You live in an amazing country. Thanks for the info about the South Pacific. Can you imagine how incredible the Society Islands were 50 or 100 years ago. There are still a lot of fish and coconut palms. I am however sure that there has been a significant change in the coral. We haven't seen the green flash. Thank you for watching and we wish you a merry Christmas and happy New Year. Take Care.
Hello Mokara - have missed your videos. Have you retired from sailing? I hope and pray you haven't suffered ill health or injury. May God bless through all times.
Hi. We are still going to be uploading videos. We have had a problem with our apple Mac and have had it repaired. Keep watching as we head to Fiji after exploring Bora Bora.
