Just 4 days ago i came across a rare picture of my fifth birthday party with soundwave and warpath. Now i decided to look them up on you tube. Watching this vid brings back memorys.

if it is a reissue, it's the SDCC one from last year & not the TRU reissue from a few years ago. They used the Soundblaster mold which held two cassettes in the chest compartment. I always had problems getting the last four cassettes to fit in (Overkill, Squaktalk, Beastbox and Slugfest).Something about BB and ST always seemed to hang on Soundwave. One question Peaugh-are you getting Amazon Prime up soon? Not trying to rush you, just curious about how he looks out of the box Thanks!!
would someone mind telling me how the hell a tiny tape recorder turns into a 14 foot tall robot. mass distortion, anyone? thats always irked me. great review dude. cant wait to see the other g1 reviews.

It doesn't make much sense to talk about his "accuracy" to the show. These toys were born before the cartoon show and even the name Transfomers ever existed. It was the show that wasn't accurate to the toys it originated from.

yes, soundwave's head actually WAS the model for the decepticon sign. so was prowl's head the model for the autobot sign

it is a reissue because u can tell by the buttons. I'm not sure which Takara reissue it is but Its not any of the Toys R Us Reissues.
