    The norsklahoma accent is PHENOMENAL!

    I was listening to his accent and I wondered where a Norwegian speaker picked that up. "I got a lull bit faster"" Looked it up and saw he went to Oklahoma State and then it made sense.. Cool accent.

    I wish Ping would bring the forgiveness in the s58 and s59 back into the s line. Those have the look/profile of blades but are also super forgiving.

    I bet he doesn’t have to wait 4 months for his irons 😂

      What irons are they making you wait 4 months for?

    Can you Americans hear that he’s Norwegian? Or does he sounds like he’s from USA?

    Up until just a couple of years ago one hardly ever saw a Ping bag or hat on most tours. Now, they're all over the place. What's changed? It can't be that after all of these years, Ping has just recently started building clubs good enough for the pros.

    • @wallstreetoneil

      Eventually, they made enough money selling to amateurs that they took the big plunge & risk required to start paying top guys to use their stuff and build a team to follow them around the world, event to event, to keep them happy. It's very big money to do this so it isn't a small gamble. The G400 & G400LST Drivers were the game-changers for them in terms of global recognition - their irons & wedges, tour-wise, are still somewhat lacking - Viktor still not totally happy.

      @@wallstreetoneil Makes sense. I can certainly attest to the G400 driver. I've pretty much gone full Ping. Interesting comment on the irons and wedges. I really like the Glide wedges. Thanks for the reply.

    For a good golfer, its all about the shaft and the swing weight. Shockingly, no mention of this fact....hardly ever!

    • @volcomsnow25
      @volcomsnow25 3 года назад

      shaft yes. Unless I can hand someone a club and they can come within one tick of the swing weight, then they shouldn't be having that conversation.

    • @lorenwestbrook8873

      Not shocking at all, the head is the most important part, that’s why he said they modified head to determine flight preference. Swing weight is primarily to feel, shaft is certainly important as it is the timing mechanism. A player can have the perfect shaft and weight for him but wrong head (CG, Loft) and performance will suffer more than having right head and wrong shaft. That’s why he said 210s hit lower than iblade, 210s have a higher CG even though more cavity.
