Holy cow, she's got one of the best female heads ever! Up there with Scarlett witch 3 pack.
Clea showed up at the end of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in a post credit scene, Which I did got excited because Charlize Theron looked so really cool in the suit that the figure is wearing in the Doctor Strange sequel, Overall Awesome review as always.
I wish Hasbro would make some new magic effects or special pieces for magic using characters. Something like Mezco Doctor Strange.
I had never heard of the character until I watched Doctor Strange Multiverse Of Madness and the closing credits and I was in the Clea! (boom boom!) nice to have some more comic Dr.Strange supporting characters, wouldn’t mind a comic Wong, maybe two!
I made a custom Clea years ago, using Juggy Kitty body and Silver Sable head. Quick and basic.
This one looks nice, tho. And we finally got some female Dit’Kho hands!
(Unless they’re just reused F-Thwip hands?)
Really nice review, Dan! Clea looks really great! Like always, I would have loved more accessories for her, but we know that the Legends comic book line always skimps on extra heads, hands, etc so that more money can be given to the MCU line of figures, which practically require new sculpts each time figures come out. Now, we just need a classic Baron Mordo!
I'm not really sure if this particular look for Clea ever appeared in comics. It seems to borrow aspects from her original Ditko design, but with a modern aesthetic being applied to her torso and shoulder pad design. Also back in the day, Clea had some funky curls in her hair. I don't dislike this sort of updated design, but would have preferred her to have those shoulder pads with the little sparkly stars, personally.
The most recent Doctor Strange figure is the one that you should pair up with Clea. He was wearing that costume when he met Clea and fought Dormammu in STRANGE TALES.
And now for my nerdy bit of needless commentary: I'm sure you misspoke in the video, Dan, and you already know this, but for the record, Clea originally appeared in STRANGE TALES, and not TALES TO ASTONISH as you suggested in the review. Easy to confuse the two because STRANGE TALES, TALES TO ASTONISH, and TALES OF SUSPENSE magazines were all kind of similar books. They started off as Atlas monster titles, that then became showcase books for Marvel heroes in a time where Marvel's title count was restricted to less than a dozen titles. STRANGE TALES was Human Torch & Thing/Doctor Strange, and then NickFury/Doctor Strange, while TALES TO ASTONISH was Antman/Giant Man & Wasp/Hulk, and later Submariner/Hulk. TALES OF SUSPENSE was IronMan/Captain America. A lot of Marvel's major heroes & villains appeared first within these three magazines. The Leader, Dormammu, MODOK, Baron Mordo, Clea, Madame Hydra, CrimsonDynamo, Titanium Man, Unicorn, The Melter, Egghead, The Living Tribunal, Eternity, etc.

I will wait her version with Dr. Strange suit, in that way I can have her with that suit, and Strange with What IF OP version. This face could work for Retro Sue.
Clea as still married to Steven Strange and was actually the sorcerer supreme of earth after his death last year when he became the Harvest Man for Death! Clea was instrumental in bringing Steven back from the dead and now they both appear monthly in his comic where they both are taking on General Steven Strange and alternate personality of Strange's that was released when he died! And Clea is the niece of Dormammu and a dread Warlord of the dark dimension!!!

A HasLab Dormammu and Shuma-Gorath is very much needed.
Shuma might never happen. He was created by Robert E. Howard for the Conan mythos, which is why the eye-squid in MoM movie and even the Lego set was called something else.

I think I zoomed in to much on the face so looks abit fuzzy. The naked eye will never see the figure like that, it’s much nicer in person promise 🙏🏻
